Moving of channels and roles

Why is the moving of channels or roles not working (or they are moved to the wrong position)?

Ensure that you have considered the following:

• Your bot has the "Manage Channels" permission on your server.
• Discord restricts the positions of some channels - for example, you cannot move voice channels above text channels (and vice versa).
• You have entered the correct API position - also check the current position of the channel (without new-position).
