Making a suggestion

Thank you for wanting to make SCNX better. There are several ways to submit a suggestion:

1. Use our form

Probably the easiest way is to use our suggestions form: https://scootk.it/scnx-suggestion. Please note: Due to the large volume of suggestions, you will not receive a response to your suggestion here. However, we can assure you that every suggestion will be read and considered by our team.

2. Use our forum

You can also use our forum for a suggestion. The submission process here is a bit more complicated, but other users can vote and comment on your suggestion. Here, too, you are not guaranteed to receive a response from our team, but we can assure you that your suggestion will be read and considered. We have advanced guidelines for submitting suggestions in the forum, please read these beforehand.

3. Submit a priority suggestion with your Level 3 or higher membership

With a ScootKit membership Level 3 or higher, you can submit a priority suggestion. In this case, you will always receive a direct response from our team, and implementation is much more likely.

You can purchase a membership in the Membership Portal. You need a Level 3 membership or higher.

You can submit your suggestion directly in the #priority-suggestions channel on our Discord server. Alternatively, you can also post your suggestion with priority status in the forum; please read the advanced guidelines for this.
